The intervention concerns the construction of the new headquarters of the I.T.A.S. “L. Castiglioni “in the municipality of Limbiate (Mi), within the perimeter of the Limbiate Mombello provincial area. The project envisaged:
• the restructuring of building no. 14. As for the buildings of the five lots of the assignment notice, this restructuring involved the regulatory, structural adaptation and the energy requalification of the building, to create spaces to be used as laboratories, classrooms, library, auditorium, offices and bars. .
• the construction of a new building designed in line with energy efficiency and eco-sustainability strategies, used as school classrooms and laboratories on two floors above ground, as well as a basement for storage and technical rooms.
• limited external arrangement works.
